A "Pallet Cleanser" post.

So I had a HUGE test in my advanced human nutrition class today covering Carb metabolism, digestion, absorption  and trasport including details in glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, PDH complex, TCA cycle, ETC along with glycogenolysis and glycogenesis {Bleh!!} 

So I am in need of a "Pallet Cleanser" to detox my brain before I delve into New material for tomorrow's exam.....Hence this post.

As a form of stress relief, I am recalling my favorites from this past weekend in California:
