Christmas was good to us.

It was our first Christmas this year. We had three families to balance. Delicately we scheduled it in hopes that no one would have their feeling hurt. WE HAD SUCCESS! I was so worried that somehow, someway, someone would be upset. Yes, it IS upsetting that their are not enough hours in the day between Eve and C. Day to be able to spend adequate time with everyone. Thank heaven for a 4-Day weekend for more fam time. I am so grateful for our families and how blessed we are to have them in our lives. It was such an amazing Christmas. I felt Christmas this year. I felt it. A feeling I haven't really had in a long time during this season. I was pleased to see so much of our family come together and start our own traditions. The time just clark and I had together to exchange our gifts and to just BE was priceless. A shout out to our FAMILIES for all of their love. You ALL mean the world to us. I hope you had a merry christmas.

6 months ALREADY!

Clark and i have been married for 6 months already! Time has flew by so fast! WE went to get our toes done on Saturday in celebration. I love this man, he is truly the light of my life. My hero. My best friend. Happy 6months!

Surprised Mom!

Clark and I Went to california (again) last weekend to surprise my mom on her birthday. I hadn't been with her on her birthday since I lived there. This year, Chris was in Romania working on his movie, so that meant mom was husband-less on her birthday! So clark and I got work off to come surprise her on Her birthday and Alex helped us arrange the perfect surprise-plan! and she WAS surprised! So glad we went! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!

Our adventures in SeaWorld

Truly Domesticated.

My mom is amazing. This weekend, she taught me the basics of sewing ( a lost art) on my new machine. We made the cutest apron! I can't wait to make pillows, more aprons, clothes, blankets, the whole she-bang! I NEVER thought I'd enjoy it. It really is super fun once you get the hang of it! thanks Mom!

This Weekend, Guess where we are headed.......

CALI BABY!!!! to the best city in the whole wide world! San Diego I am SO super excited! I miss the salty breeze, the people who wear flip fops with their armani suits, the frizzy hair, the cold humidity, the laid-back feel...... WE are comming home!

ONE MONTH DOWN, 2 more to go!!!

We have been doing P90X for a whole month now and holy cannoli is it hard!
The down sides have been committing to 6 days out of 7 to work out and sweating like a pig every night but by golly, I think its really working! We just took our 30 day pictures* and you can really see a difference. I feel like I'm stronger and like my clothes fit better since we started this routine created by Satan. I just have to post stupid updates cause I did not think we'd last this long.

OUR current addiction

Clark and I have started season one ( thanks matty and aunie liz for the lend). We love it! I have only ever seen a few episodes in my life and loved them but never in order. BRILLIANT.

1 Week later.....

So today is our one-week mark of being on p90x and I have to say it is definatley harder than I thought it'd be. We have been through crazy exercises everyday for one week. Every muscle in my body has been sore at one point but WE feel great! I already feel better after 7 days I can"t wait for the other 83! Yahooo! I know you guys probably don"t really care but if I don't write about it, the chances of me quitting WILL increase! So thanks for suffering.........I just want to be able to do pull-ups like men do after all this is over :)

Ouch! this really hurts!

Clark and I just started p90x today. It hurts. I can't lift my arms past chest level. We took "before" photos but I'm not brave enough to post pictures of our "faux" swimsuit bodies on the interweb :) sorry kids haha.

The Summer

Our Summer was very busy. We got married in june, went to California for july 4th, Went to Disneyland at the end of july with the Richardson family, went rapsberry picking in Strawberry, AZ in august with the Richardsons, and then went to Cali again over Labor day with Matt and Liz. Cali trips occur the most often. We love it there. Its our home away from home. The beautiful weather, My Mom, Al, and Chris, the beach.THE BEACH.....so needless to say, we go quite a bit.
